Perfect for a family or for the numerous guests you'll have visiting you in this island paradise. You have 4 bedrooms and 2 full and 1 half bathrooms to accommodate everyone. There is an open floor plan and great flow throughout the home. The master suite is on one end of the house and the guest bedrooms are on the opposite side. The great room has a vaulted ceiling and huge sliding glass doors opening to the lanai and water view. A kitchen and attached dining area flows into the family room which also has sliding doors opening to the pool and lanai and water views.
Solidly built home in 1997. Rebar reinforced concrete block with tied down roof. Home is in wonderful condition.
Neighborhood Description
Marco Island is the largest of the Ten Thousand Islands strung south from prestigous Naples, Florida with its fine shopping, dining, nightlife and cultural events. Marco Island is a casual resort, retirement and family community lving life the way it was meant to be lived. A true jewel of the Gulf of Mexico, the majority of homes are on waterfront canals celebrating our closeness to nature. Exotic birds walk through my yard, fly overhead and feed in the waterway outside my lanai. It is peaceful and safe here. Everyone of us feels blessed to get to live here.

What I love about the home

We live on a tropical island! Our home is barely 10 minutes from sugar fine sand beaches that streach for miles along the tranquil Gulf Coast where in the evenings you can watch the sun setting as flocks of tropical birds fill the sky on their way to their nesting sites. Golfing, fishing, tennis, shopping and entertaining are a way of life here. There is a remarkable array of fine dining to choose from. With tropical breezes we are always comfortable here. Marco Island is a true gem in the Gulf of Mexico.
