But not too close to compete with students for parking space. The house has 4beds/2.5 baths 1,840sq ft. The master bedroom is located on the main level with walk in closet and full bath. Three spacious bedrooms upstairs and one full bath. The kitchen is located in the basement. The basement is finished and partitioned with full kitchen on one side. The other side of the basement is washer/dryer, half bath, and storage. The house features laminated hardwood floor in the living room. All of the bedrooms have carpet but laminate hardwood floors will be installed in the bedrooms before move in. The bathrooms & basement have ceramic tile. Brand New HVAC system installed over a year ago. New Ceiling fans were installed in each bedroom a year ago too. Email for an appointment with the address and your answers to the following pre-screening questions:1) How many people will occupy the home? How many people over 18 will occupy the home?2) Do you have any pets? If so, please describe.3) Have you ever been evicted, or have had a legal action in progress from your landlord? 4) What is total annual income? (this doesn't apply to people on voucher programs). 5) If you are on a voucher program be sure that you contact your program counselor prior to viewing the house to ensure that you can afford it and it will be approved. $1,700 obo monthly rent which includes water in the rent.
