Well taken care of and charming. One of the best in Knollwood. 3 bedroom and 2 bath ranch. The 3rd bedroom had a door removed for easy access for the use of a wheel chair. A door could be re-installed for privacy. This room was used as an office just off the kitchen. Living room is 22 x 13 and features a lovely fireplace that has been converted to gas from the original woodburning. The original master bedroom was enlarged to 15 x 11 and has a large walk-in closet. Replacement windows throughout. The original garage is now a family room and features knotty pine. The detached 2 car garage is large with 560 sq. ft. A workshop area has its own entry and is a 12 x 12 area for the handyman pleasure. The deck off the kitchen is 12'6'' by 10'6''. There is a completely enclosed breezeway area 12x12. Maytag Furnace and A/C in 2010. Whirlpool hot water heater in 2010. Freshly painted throughout. Easy access to WPAFB, shopping, 675, WSU, UD.
