a good mix of people - all ages.

Cell phone reception is good. Less than 10 mins to shopping.
The neighborhood is a family friendly place. We wouldn't move if work didn't require us to.
 

What I love about the home

At the end of a Cul-De-Sak. Land along one side won't be developed due to public utility easements that also insure privacy (and no taxes on this part of the property even though we still have use of it). More trees than most in the neighborhood. Horses allowed (and encouraged)

It does not take in the fact that we have a 30x30 steel building as well as a 24x14 Morgan building. Nor does the Zestimate figure in new roof, Fenced yard, New water heater or appliances
