1br - Penthouse Flat W/Formal Dining Room (hayes valley)This top floor flat is located in an 1890 Victorian. . There are beautifully finished pine floors throughout. The large Master bedroom (20' x 8'), can accommodate a king sized bed, and also the large Bay window Dormer (6x6) that could be used for an office.When the former tenants asked us if they could use the dining room (11x10) as a 2nd bedroom, together we made it happen. There are three Shoji screens floor to ceiling, that are fabric covered with a Fern Pattern facing the living room, and white on the bedroom side, that are set up as a divider, and that second bedroom be accessed through the kitchen, without entering the living room. There is laundry facilities directly across the street from the building, with a small cafe next to it on the corner.There is a large backyard accessible from the back stairs that is set up for gardening and or just enjoyment.
