1660 Raybrad Drive is an exceptional 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just remodeled. It has new carpet and new paint throughout the house. This is the closest you can come to living in a new house, while still living in an established neighborhood. Entering the house you are greeted by a tile entry and the vaulted ceiling of the great room. The great room even has a fireplace with gas logs. The great room flows into the dining area. The kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are hook ups for clothes washer and dryer. The large master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan. The master bath has a tile floor, whirlpool tub and walk-in closet. The double car garage has an opener and two remote controls. The backyard is fenced with covered porch plus patio. We have a NO PET policy. Overall living space is over 1,223 square feet.
There are no surprises. You pay rent, utilities and lawn care. There are no hidden fees or maintenance expenses.
City schools ? Riverwood Elementary, Dexter Middle school, Cordova High.
$990 per month, $700 refundable security deposit, $30 application fee. Application fee covers a credit check where a 585 or better credit score required for consideration. This is not a Section 8 property.
Directions ? Go to the intersection of Germantown Parkway and Dexter. Turn East on Dexter (towards First Tennessee Bank) and go to the second right ? Dexter Lane. Turn right on Dexter Lane and go to the second right ? Palm Springs. Turn right on Palm Springs and go to the second right ? Raybrad Drive.
