Enter through the gates to a long driveway & cocoon yourself in your own retreat that feels quiet & far away from the City, whilst only being 10 minutes away from Beverly Hills & all the great shops, restaurants, parks & hiking trails. The length of the living room has glass patio doors to take advantage of the light & pretty vista. A great home for entertaining w/ a large open kitchen & dining room, the kitchen was remodeled in 2005, w/ lime stone counters, waterworks glass tile, viking range & opens up to the yard. The floor plan has great flexibility & flow & every window looks out to greenery or the view. The home needs some TLC, this is a great opportunity for either a developer to utilize what the land has to offer or for a home owner to remodel and make their own gem of a house. 

What I love about the home

This is a really great Street to live on, it is quiet and submerged in nature whilst being a few minutes from the heart of the City. Beautiful views of the City, on a clear day the Ocean and surrounded by mountains. Large lot that has a considerable size flat, room for a pool or expansion. The home itself needs some work, but the space itself has a great vibe, lots of light, perfect for parties and indoor/outdoor CA living. A home to be enjoyed.
