Potential new house plans exist (check with county). Multi-million dollar neighborhood. Gorgeous views of beautiful paradise valley. Very quiet and peaceful, brilliant stars at night! New barn with loft, built-in chicken coop and chicken run. Fenced pasture, irrigation plumbing for garden, animals, and orchard (15+ fruit trees). New whole-houes flooring (sturdy, durable, and easily cleaned wood-grain tile) and remodeled kitchen and bathroom.
Great neighborhood; very friendly/nice neighbors, private drive is very quiet, large unused/farmed field right across the street.

What I love about the home

The amazing view, the area, our neighbors, the weather, an acre of land with a fenced pasture and barn, a large garden area (on drip irrigation) and orchard, the natural trees (including oak, cedar, and redwood). Very quiet and peaceful - rare in these "urban sprawl" times!
