Be charmed by a fine duplex in a wonderful neighborhood in Highland Park - St.Paul. You're an easy walk away from many restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and shops. And you're conveniently located directly on the #84 bus line (a handy line which runs from Rosedale shopping center to the 46th Street Station Light Rail stop.) Bedroom and living room (could be solely used for a 650 S.F. living room) were just constructed downstairs and was newly carpeted upon completion. Also, there is a new three quarters bathroom (with shower stall) downstairs in the basement that has just been constructed. The upstairs living room and upstairs bedrooms feature beautiful hardwood floors. The entire unit has central air conditioning, and the basement includes the convenience and privacy of your own full size washer and dryer. No more saving quarters! This 1700 S.F. duplex is VERY clean and deserves a showing. You will be pleased with what you see. Off-street parking is FREE for one vehicle in the back alley, and a detached garage is available for storage and a shelter for your vehicle ($50 extra a month). The backyard is entirely fenced, perfect for pets and/or children. Move into the duplex as early as September 1st, 2015. The unit for rent is the right hand unit/door on the upper left hand picture.
