The hottest downtown loft space in Cleveland - with no comparison. An absolute wow property. 6,000' of loft space on three floors - an entire building - with two large outdoor courtyards. On East 40th in the city's newest and very vibrant artist community. Very well renovated space with incredible preservation of interior steel gates, metal and glass walls - even the original freight elevator is fully operable. The basement has an entire new floor, all mechanicals have been replaced including zoned furnaces. Fabulous living space on the first floor, with huge windows that roll completely away in the summer! Main living space on the second floor with a big, open kitchen. And loft bedrooms on the third floor like nothing else in Cleveland.
