What I love about the home

This cabin is located in the best area of Big Bear, Eagle Point! Centrally located, and not as much snow as to the west or east!! Plowed regularly and melts quickly - sunny area! I live 5 houses away, and I'd be happy to keep a good eye on this cabin, as I always do!! Walk everywhere, including around the point!
