If your looking for a lot to build your dream home in the Northridge area, why pay $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 for a small lot, when you can buy this large lot with plenty of room to build a five or six thousand sq. foot home on half an acre in front of this existing house? You could live in the house till the new home is built, then tear it down or use is as a guest house. Very wide impressive lot! If your a serious buyer, you can always contact me through snail mail. Existing home has two fireplaces, den with closet (could be used as a bedroom) and air conditioning. Contractors, if you have a client that is looking for a lot in Sherwood Forest (impossible to find) suggest they look at my property to build their dream house on. Please see comparable lot in Woodland Hills. 28126 Collins St, listed for $869,000.
