House is rented now but this contemporary home that has open flow from entry way (marble floors) through the living room to the large and convivial kitchen/dining room. Large fenced back yard and enclosed pool in front. Outdoor shower and decks. Solar PV and low maintenance costs. Priced to sell now. There is not much of a view other than mountains and Belvedere Island from this home but once you are inside or hanging out by the pool you really don't miss a view and you can walk to just about everything that matters. No more driving to the market, the school or even to walk the dog or ride your bike--just go outside and it's all right there at your feet.
Walk to parks, restaurants, banks and the award winning Belvedere schools. Blue and Gold ferry is 1 1/2 blocks away so the trip to SF takes 25 minutes. Corinthian and San Francisco Sailing clubs are 1 block away. Public tennis courts and walking trails are 2 blocks away.
Neighborhood Description
Very quiet and safe with high social capital rating (easy to walk sidewalks, close to library, grocery store, pharmacy], post office, movie theaters, novelty shops, restaurants and banks [3]. cooler than Tiburon temperatures due to proximity to lagoon and bay water. The best environment for families with children, pets and active people. Great neighbors and social opportunities.
 

What I love about the home

This bright and sunny home on a corner lot is so comfortable it feels like being in a resort but it is only 20 minutes by ferry to SF. Walk 1 block to all shops, park and boating. Super flat streets and fenced back yard for kids and pets. Current 3 year lease expires end of 2016 but lease can transfer with sale to new owner.
