Whether you're new to Seattle or not, this is an excellent location in a newer building with extremely low HOA dues. Don't get too distracted by the asking price, the HOA dues are 1/3-2/3's lower than comparable units in the area because this building is well managed!
For Sale By Owner also means no agent fees to inflate the price. (FSBO law-firm will complete paperwork for all parties).
What I love about the home
You are right in the middle of it all! Walk to work most days a little over a mile to downtown or South Lake Union area, major bus stop just feet from front door. Seattle Center, Key Arena, bars, restaurants, theaters, cinemas, grocery stores... This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to live in a vibrant community in downtown Seattle!
