Entertain on your large private deck with view of the Space Needle. Enjoy the chef's kitchen w/ample natural light. Open floor plan, top floor, large bedrooms, elegant master bath, walk-in closet, garage parking. Some of Seattle's best restaurants and endless entertainment options are outside your door, yet the building is secure and quiet. Conveniences abound with close proximity to shopping, parks, and transit. And, of course, Seattle Center can be your backyard playground!
What I love about the home
Light and airy, a breeze to clean. High quality appliances and marble counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Very quiet, no noises from within the building. Location is fantastic, convenient to all of Seattle Center amenities. Grocery stores, cleaners, bank, post office, doctors, dentists all within walking distance. Windows on east and south side of unit provide close up views of the Space Needle. The south side overlooks a 12 x 40 foot private deck with potted Rhododendron's and shrubs and an adjoining 12 x 35 foot planter containing Vinca minor ground cover, mature azaleas, an Ever Red Japanese Maple and several other shrubs and small trees. This entire area is irrigated and overlooks a large rooftop deck approximately 35 x 100 feet. The south wall of 309 can be seen in the Zillow aerial view.
