Located at the end of a cul de sac PRETTY AS A POSTCARD with convenient commuter access, close to shopping & schools. The floorplan is very organized; space is distributed pleasurably. Open flow from room to room offers space for all! Love to cook? This is your kitchen! 5 burner gas stove with convection oven & warmer drawer are a cook's dream! The center island is oversized allowing for preparation & entertaining!! The views from the living room allow nature into the house. Sit & listen to the tinkling of the stream or the many birds while snuggled by the fire. The master suite is so open & spacious. The vaulted ceilings give a very airy feel. The master bath is renovated with custom glass tile floor with matching accent on the walls & shower. Jacuzzi spa allows for that peaceful getaway! 2nd bedroom is oversized and great space. Peace of mind with comes with these well maintained systems including a high efficiency Trane heating/cooling system installed in 2010.

Ten Things I Love About My Home Address: 17 W Parish Ridge Road 1. Private and quiet setting of my home and surrounding properties. 2. Views to the Creek and the birds that can be seen on trees nearby on all seasons. Setting that also encourages kids and friends to explore nature in all seasons. 3. Neigborhood and the friendliness of my neighbors. 4. How this house is near from exit 50 of I-495, but at the same time in a private rural setting. 5. I love how kids can play badmington, baseball, ride bikes and scooters in the large culdesack in front of house without worries. 6. I love the feeling of walking into the master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors, and the seemingly spaceous master bathroom experience. 7. I enjoy entertaining friends and family around the kitchen island while cooking or snacking. 8. Friendly layout. For example, how all 3 bedrooms are spacious & accomodating and layout on first floor is welcoming. 9. Oversized private deck for grilling year around, and large patio to enjoy summer night bonfires on firepit. 10. Proximity to Haverhill Downtown Dining, Library, YMCA, Cedardale, Lowell Ave Shopping and pharmacies, plus centrally located to access Plaistow and Salem, NH shopping areas.
