What I love about the home

From the owners themselves! "Kenny and I chose Gianni in 2007 because it was the perfect home for our family. The neighborhood is spectacular. The 4s ranch community is extremely family friendly. There are parks everywhere. The splash pad is a few minute walk away, and provided many many days of joy for our 3 year old. The horseshoe pit and putting green are right outside our door. We had 3 different birthday parties there. Linear Park is right outside our front door and the community has lots of get togethers and picnics. The elementary school within walking distance is a Distinguished Blue Ribbon School and is one of the top elementary schools in San Diego. We had an amazing experience with the PEPP program there. Walking distance to the grocery, delicious restaurants, and immaculately kept parks made it a no-brainer for us."
