Completely remodeled in April- May 2014. All new appliances (including new ventless dryer), kitchen, bathroom, shower, fixtures, resurfaced walls, laminate flooring, 24x12 kitchen tiles. Very bright, breezy and cheery unit. Building exterior under major renovation - no assessments. Low MF, great building. Covered parking! Almost perfect condition! Sorry, but NOT pet friendly...
