My Notes

Edit
If you seek the unusual exception to ordinary design, this is it. The architectural lines and nuances of this charming custom home must be seen to be appreciated. A very open floor plan welcomes the natural light in every direction and vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of a larger home. The 1950's Terrazzo floor is indestructible, and yet the attractive granite counters in the galley kitchen give it an updated appeal. There is a formal dining room, and a built-in breakfast table made of solid granite that seats four in the kitchen. Appliances include a microwave oven, flat surface electric range and refrigerator. The guest bedrooms are very good size and the spacious master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, private bath and a view of the pool. There are a total of four sliding doors facing the pool and patio area, which serve to bring in the natural light and outdoor openness. A special feature to this property that you don't want to miss is the added room adjacent to the detached 2-car garage, which is perfect for an office, craft or hobby get-a-way. Combine these features with a quiet cul-de-sac location and you have something special that is hard to find.Brokered And Advertised By: Coldwell Banker Quality PropertiesListing Agent: Dave Cargo  More Less

      Market guide

Zillow predicts Northridge home values will increase 3.5% next year, compared to a 2.6% rise for Los Angeles as a whole. Among Northridge homes, this home is valued 7.8% less than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 20.1% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Northridge, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 16.1% less than in Los Angeles, and 24.5% greater than the national average. This lower local number could help Northridge home values rise more quickly than other regions in Los Angeles.
