Hi, I am selling a home that will stand out as well under priced compared to any other comparable home in the area. It is for Sale By Owner, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bonus Rooms, Built in basement bar, 2 car garage, boat/RV Parking, Gas Stove, Very Good Condition Furnace and Air Conditioning unit that has been always maintained by professional service, hardwoods under newer carpet, Vinyl Slider to fenced landscaped backyard, nice shed matching home with new barn slider door purchased and installed, upstairs and basement bathrooms, large basement, roof is in excellent condition and treated every six months, no plumbing issues or any problems for your family here. Home nearly paid off and same owner for 20 years, previous neighbor was the builder and good friend.
The homes nearby that have not had any updates, heat pump for air conditioning, or much or anything done are renting for $1,200 a month. You can own this home and pay less....
I have priced the house well below any homes I have looked at in the same condition and size... even the ones asking for $190k have not been cared for as mine has and it shows.

What I love about the home

This home is care for and everything has received professional scheduled service. Everything from the roof, air condition/heat pump, and furnace is maintained regularly. Large corner lot with fenced back yard with parking for boat/RV space. Beautiful flowers blooming every spring, summer and fall with 20 year old thorn-less raspberries and loganberries which have been in same small area trained through hybridization produce pounds of berries. A full basement with two bonus rooms and built in bar and another room for laundry.
