This well updated home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths is a great home for summer time - thanks to the large backyard swimming pool. Some of the updates and features include:150 sqft screen porch overlooking the pool, 470 sqft over sized garage/workshop, lawn sprinkler system with exterior hose bibs tied into the submersible well pump with pressure tank, cover storage area in backyard for lawn equipment, beautiful hardwood floor throughout that have been recently refinished, recent low E double pane windows, freshly painted inside, high efficiency 3.5 ton HVAC system is only 2 years old, and more -- and not forget the pool! The floor plan is very good with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. The living room is spacious the so is the kitchen. The screened in patio is close to the kitchen. There is a large laundry / pantry behind the kitchen. The corner lot would allow for a separate garage or workshop -- the current one car garage is over sized and room for a workshop area. Great house and under $200,000 in East Hill.
