What I love about the home

This house is SO liveable. First of all, it's like living in a brand new house with 3,525 FINISHED square feet! There's a ton of room, and it's so great for in-law visits and general entertaining. There are also established trees that are on the outside of the fence - so the neighborhood takes care of them - you just get to enjoy the shade in the spring summer and the beauty in the fall and winter! Gorgeous Aspens out front too do not hurt. It is the ideal family house. With a "kid" wing on the left (and the 2nd "kids'" room is almost as big as the master) the loft separates the "wings" of the house and you have a lot of privacy in the Master Suite. Plus what gal doesn't love a movie-star-like vanity and laundry shoot? The kitchen fits about 10 people cooking during the Holidays with some spilling into the formal dining. And there's two extra bedrooms - one on the main level and one in the basement, so you can literally have just about your entire family stay for a while. One more bonus: the laundry room is not connected to the garage...so you never walk into your laundry on the floor (we've seen this in other houses and our last house), it's it own room with a shoot! This house is sun drenched and bright even on a snowy day. And about the neighborhood: you back to a very quiet street: so no one is looking in your house, giving you a less claustrophobic feel, and there's TONS of walking trails, even though Parker is "walking dependent" it's a 5 minute walk to the elementary school, 3 minute walk to the pool, and we walk to the Movie Theater, the Fieldhouse, even the Grocery store is 1.1 miles away. This is one great family house. And the basement can be used for so many things: currently it's a rec room / office. Oh and throw in a gorgeous Travartine tile foyer!
