It also has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, walk-in closets, plenty of storage space, a washer/dryer in the unit and a gigantic wrap around balcony & private patio. This unit comes with two assigned covered parking spaces and with the limited parking available in Brickell, this is a HUGE BONUS! All the preconstruction condos in Brickell sell an additional parking space for a minimum of $25,000. Maintenance is a low $405.30 per month and the building is financially stable. The building is both pet friendly and investor friendly. Pets are allowed up to 40 lbs. and the unit can be rented right after closing. The building and parking are very secure. There are no amenities in the building. 

What I love about the home

This charming boutique building is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Brickell Roads. This multi leveled unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with top of the line finishing. The Condo has a wrap around balcony that allows as lot of natural light to enter into this beautifully designed unit. This unit also makes a great opportunity to become an income producing property because of the low home owners association dues. A 24 hours notice is required to show. Close distance to all of Brickels hotspots, Walking distance to Publix and Walgreens and just a few blocks away from Brickell Ave.
