What I love about the home

Privacy, setting, character and charm. Very private yet not remote. We have remodeled and improved this home greatly. All new lighting, new paint. Additional work is primarily in the outbuildings and land. Seller can only provide limited disclosures due to previous foreclosure and only living in the house for 12 months. "As is", no repairs. Buyer can and should perform inspections. This house was appraised in June 2013 for $240 and will go up as improvements continue and when apartment and two story garage is remodeled.
