Well Located Vintage Capitol Hill Apartment Near Cal Anderson, Walking Distance to Everything
Walk into one of these great apartments and prepare to be amazed! Each apartment features huge double-hung Victorian windows, large window bays, great natural light, roomy kitchens, ample closet space, and a nice sized bathroom. Residences also include finely detailed woodwork common the building's 1906 vintage. Together it all adds up to a great place to live in the heart of Capitol Hill - come see for yourself and have a chance to live in a place you will love every time you walk through the door!
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Towne Apartments is located at the corner of 12th Avenue and Howell in the heart of Capitol Hill. If you want to live on Capitol Hill, you can't find a location much better than this. The location is one of the liveliest places on Capitol Hill and sits at the center of Seattle. Minutes from numerous public transportation lines, local music venues, great restaurants, a block away from Cal Anderson Park, and minutes' walk to Broadway it's hard to find a more central place to live. Notable places nearby include: Seattle University, Seattle Central, QFC, Dick's Burgers, and much more.
ABOUT THE BUILDING
Towne is a beautiful 27 unit apartment building built in 1906 that underwent a full remodel in the 1980's. The Hallways were completely redone in March of 2011 with all new lighting, detailed trim, new paint, and slate entry. Additional storage, laundry facilities, internet, and bike storage are also available at the property.
STANDARD DEPOSIT:
$450 refundable plus $300 non-refundable fee. We may ask for an additional deposit based on income, credit score, or background check
PET POLICY:
Limit of two pets per apartment
No dogs allowed
PET DEPOSIT:
$250 refundable, $250 non-refundable fee, plus $25/month pet rent. This deposit would be an addition to the standard deposit
