Residences also include finely detailed woodwork common the building's 1906 vintage. Together it all adds up to a great place to live in the heart of Capitol Hill - come see for yourself and have a chance to live in a place you will love every time you walk through the door!ABOUT THE LOCATION Towne Apartments is located at the corner of 12th Avenue and Howell in the heart of Capitol Hill. If you want to live on Capitol Hill, you can't find a location much better than this. The location is one of the liveliest places on Capitol Hill and sits at the center of Seattle. Minutes from numerous public transportation lines, local music venues, great restaurants, a block away from Cal Anderson Park, and minutes' walk to Broadway it's hard to find a more central place to live.
