Towne Apartments is located at the corner of 12th Avenue and Howell in the heart of Capitol Hill. If you want to live on Capitol Hill, you can't find a location much better than this. Minutes from numerous public transportation lines, local music venues, great restaurants, a block away from Cal Anderson Park, and minutes' walk to Broadway it's hard to find a more central place to live. Notable places nearby include: Seattle University, Seattle Central, QFC, Dick's Burgers, and much more.
ABOUT THE BUILDING
Towne is a beautiful 27 unit apartment building built in 1906 that underwent a full remodel in the 1980's. The Hallways were completely redone in March of 2011 with all new lighting, detailed trim, new paint, and slate entry. Additional storage, laundry facilities, internet, and bike storage are also available at the property.
$450 refundable plus $300 non-refundable fee. We may ask for an additional deposit based on income, credit score, or background check
