My Notes

Large, spacious rooms throughout the house, all with ceiling fans and wood blinds. The living room has a corner fireplace and vaulted ceilings, perfect for entertaining. Roomy kitchen and dining room with wood floors and cabinets, lots of counter space, and a bar. New roof, gutters, A/C unit (10 year warranty) and double steel garage door installed 2013. Brand new sinks, faucets, and countertops in the kitchen and both bath rooms (2014). Large master bedroom has his and her closets and an attached master bath with double sinks, a whirlpool tub, and separate shower. The guest bath has a new skylight (2013) and is done in Italian Marble with a new tub and more than enough water pressure. The office/study is done all in wood and has built in cabinets and shelves.
HUGE backyard with nice landscaping, big trees, tons of space, and lots of privacy. It has a winding brick walkway that starts at the covered patio then passes by a small patio for the hot tub and ends up on a small shaded patio with hammocks and big trees, which backs up to a greenbelt on Chisholm Creek. Located in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood with good neighbors. Located in award-winning Edmond school district, including Great Expectations Model School Washington Irving Elementary. Perfect for your growing family!
It is really a great location, being only 2 miles from the Kilpatrick Turnpike and 3 miles from Quail Springs Mall. New stores are popping up all the time. Some of our favorite restaurants are within a half mile: Upper Crust, Louie's, Marco's Pizza and Sushi Bar. A Crest supermarket is about a mile away, and they have great produce, deli, and meat departments. Plus, a new "Natural Grocers" is being built, not to mention the Wal-Mart Neighborhood market less than half a mile away.
