FHA approved! Very nice, very clean 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with garage. Secure building in a nice neighborhood. Granite countertops & breakfast bar, matching granite in both bathrooms. Nicely located on the hill. Very central, with easy access to beaches, freeways, and commuting options. Enclosed 1-car garage in rear. Nicely maintained, and move-in condition. Microwave, dishwasher, newer stove/range. Nice walk-in closet, and half-bath in front bedroom. Very quiet pleasant building, with central courtyard. Living room is large, and opens to kitchen. Very clean, well-maintained unit!
