This beautiful, spacious, open ranch home has 2579 square feet of living space. The unfinished basement as well as the main floor is immaculate. It has a structural floor. With new neutral paint and all conveniences, it's move-in ready. Chandeliers and a bathroom have been updated. There are plantation blinds throughout the home. The garage has room for two large vehicles and a smaller one. Beautiful cherry floors in the wide hallways and kitchen/dining area are a highlight. A large office with French doors is now serving as a fourth bedroom. There are three tray ceilings. A huge walk-in closet and five piece bathroom with a spa tub help provide a fabulous master bedroom. One bedroom has a smaller walk-in. The double fireplace serves two rooms.
Tasteful landscaping (green friendly), a deck, and stamped patio provide a nice outdoor area. Homes on both sides are two story, and more expensive than this one. Solar fans with a portable monitor can cool the area above the garage. We have the listing, disclosure, and appraisal from December of 2013 for you to see. Dish TV is currently being used. What I love about the home

1736 Parkdale Circle N. is in a private area close to everything. There are mountain views. The library,parks, schools, rec center, and Erie itself are all within 2-3 miles. The mailboxes and a valley view are just outside the front door. We love it here, but must sell to be at another location.
