This Quashnet Valley gracious end unit is in superior condition, was renovated five years ago, and has had a major price reduction. Kitchen is lovely and has a comfy place to read and do paperwork. There is a one-car garage and two outdoor parking spaces just steps from the living room sliders. Full basement and two and a half baths offer convenience and flexibility. The association has had the same management from the beginning, and has over $400,000 in the reserve account. Peace of mind, comfort, super convenience to Mashpee Commons, and a crazy wonderful price make this the unit to own.
