Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood is very nice. Easy walk to the park. Baseball fields and p patch within 10 minute walking distance.

What I love about the home

I love that it's on the 1st floor, no need to take the elevator or stairs to get into the apartment, it's close to the mail boxes, no long dark hallways to walk down, it gets lots of natural light through the large windows, has it's own fireplace, the bathroom and bedroom are very large, bathroom has excellent lighting + heat lamp and fan, the floors are pergo, in unit washer and dryer installed in bathroom, wide doorways make it easy to move furniture in and out of apartment, large living room area, close to bus stops, close to U-Village, 10 min walk to park, close to Northgate Mall, 5 min drive to I-5
