Lots of street parking as well. Room is unfurnished, but my current roommate is willing to sell her bed and dresser (good condition) for $300. Open bedroom has tons of closet space.

This house is huge and in a great location--walkable to Dupont, U Street, 14th Street and Adams Morgan. There are basically two separate living rooms so this place is a great way to cut costs by having a roommate, but still enjoy plenty of your own space. Ample shared storage throughout the house. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and large bathroom.
Utilities are split evenly and generally run $60-$100/person depending on seasons (includes cable/Internet/electric/gas). Water included in rent.
No pets, and no smokers please.
House is steps away from 16th St. bus lines. 5 min walk to Dupont Circle metro; 10 min walk to U St metro. Multiple restaurants, bars, dry cleaners, salons, CVS, Safeway, etc. right outside the door.
I'm a 27-year old female with a full-time job in PR. I've been in this apartment for nearly a year and have been in DC for 3 years. Looking for someone who keeps shared areas neat. I'm respectful of your space and privacy, but am also not opposed to having dinner or a few drinks every now and then :) I'm generally chill during the week with the occasional happy hour/gym/work stuff/etc. Weekends aren't crazy, but occasionally have a few friends over for drinks or dinner. Great if you are also social, but not looking to turn this into a party house.
