Quality-built ranch plan by John Laing in a planned community, only 4 years old. Easy main level living with two bedrooms and baths on the main level. There is also a separate dining room that could also be used as a study if desired. Master bedroom has an attached bath and dressing area with an enlarged walk-in shower. Extras were added at the time of construction such as surround sound, extra cabinetry and lighting possibilities. The lower level is completely finished with two very large bedrooms and an additional full bath. A third bedroom on the lower level is currently used as a study and includes an executive desk and 3 phone lines.
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is a new planned community with mixed residential and office area. It has walking paths, a coffee house, and easy access to city routes. Also an easy communte to the airport.
 

What I love about the home

The views!! all year long. The ease of maintenance. The easy access to I-25 and the airport and all points of Colorado Springs.
