Neighborhood Description
Through a pair of solid wood doors is bonus room - with more tall windows that overlook the lower deck and views beyond - that would be perfect for a home office or guest bedroom, as it has an attached full bath with shower. Through another set of doors is the second bonus room with corner windows and a French door that leads to the deck.
The lower deck is fully covered and mirrors the upper deck, wrapping from the back of the home around to the side. Exterior stairs at the side of home link the upper and lower decks. Both decks are made of low maintenance, eco-friendly Trex material and are pre-wired for outdoor speakers.
Beautifully-constructed contemporary homes, such as this one, are difficult to find. But add the spectacular views and the large, private hillside lot in this sought-after Lake Oswego neighborhood, and you have a home that is a one-of-a kind and sure to take your breath away!

What I love about the home

Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, a guest bath, the laundry room, and a cozy sitting area where kids can play, guests can lounge or you can sit with a hot cup of coffee while enjoying a book. The master suite is also situated on the second floor. Through solid wood double doors is the sunny master bedroom. Four tall windows afford exceptional mountain, river and city views - through a side window, youâ??ll even catch a glimpse of Mt. Hood to the east. The double-sided gas fireplace will warm you up in the evening while snuggling in bed as well as provide glowing ambiance while soaking in the deep tub in the en suite bath. The master bathâ??s slate tile floor and cherry cabinets add warmth to the space while the large reeded-glass shower surround, minimalist chrome fixtures, and Japanese-inspired basin give a distinctively modern feel to the space. The spacious walk-in closet has built-in storage and motion-sensor, dimmable lighting (which is also found in many other rooms in the home). The lower level of the home is more private, yet also suited well for entertaining. At the bottom of the stairs, youâ??ll find a long storage room, with a glass-front door, suited as well for holiday decorations as it is for wine. The family room has floor-to-ceiling windows, plush carpeting, a gas fireplace, and built-in media cabinetry, similar to the main level family roomâ??s. Entertaining here is made easy with the addition of a wet bar with more gorgeous cherry cabinets, a stainless steel sink and a wine refrigerator.

Zillow predicts 97034 home values will increase 4.1% next year, compared to a 4.3% rise for Lake Oswego as a whole. Among 97034 homes, this home is valued 86.4% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 3.4% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In 97034, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 30% higher than in Lake Oswego, and 50.5% lower than the national average.
