Some of the updated features are: a new roof in 2004; new electrical wiring (200 amp) in 2005; new 2.5 ton AC unit and new ductwork installed in 2005; a new addition was added to the back of the house in 2008 which include a 14' x 10.5' master bath with a walk-in shower, spa tub and his/her vanities also included with the new addition was a 14' x 5.5' laundry room and walk-in closet; a 12' x 24' deck was built in 2009; a new electric Whirlpool hot water heater was installed in 2010.
