New carpets and Paint!! This house is as lovely as is the neighborhood. Its all about the neighborhood. The back yard is large, green and private. It will have fresh paint prior to move in. Hardwood floors in the living area and carpet in the main bedrooms. It is not a large house about 1,100 sq ft. but has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. And it has laundry connections in the house in one of the baths. There is no garage but it has a covered parking carport and driveway and it has a steel storage shed in the back yard with plenty of room. Its location is near Burbank Blvd. and White Oak in Encino. It is just a few blocks from Trader Joes, two blocks to the post office, and close to freeway access. Plus Ventura Bl is but a mile away. Great Area and neighborhood.
