There are 36 homes in this private neighborhood. No HOA's or mello-roos fees. Every lot is about 1.3 acres or greater with ample space between neighboors. Very quite with a mix of young and retired. Just outside El Cajon, minutes away from all San Diego south, west, east and north. Fantastic views of El Capitan mountain (see photo), pool, with over 60 palm trees on low maintenance landscape. Water and gas is connected. A three car garage, laundry room, and excellent sized great room makes this home awell built family stlye entertainer. Don't let this one get away!
