Nice and bright 1st floor unit with upgrades including laminate wood floors, washer/dryer combo in kitchen, 2 wall AC units and portable heater included. The patio has been enclosed off the master bedroom to make an extra seating area or a den. All co-ops are CASH only and no rentals are allowed. They are transferred by a Stock Certificate and not a deed. The HOA fee includes water, trash, building maintenance, pools, common areas, roof, and coolers if applicable.
