What I love about the home

I love the location minutes from Downtown, the Beach, minutes from UCLA, 1 straight mile from Beverly Hills. The area was mentioned in Los Angeles Magazine- 1 of 10 BEST Places to Live. The house is well designed, it is lg, warm yet cozy, great for entertaining has many separate yet unique areas. Feels like you are not in the city. Great for a Single person or a large Family.
