This Archibald-built home has recently been updated with a 4 season porch overlooking a secluded back yard with stone patio , horsehoe pit, and Bocci court . Kitchen features granite counter and breakfast bar, SS appliances, separate instant -hot water with filtered water, open family room/dinng area with stone framed gas fireplace and many built-ins. The Master bedroom(and bath with steam shower) are on the first floor. Gracious entry hall, sunny living room with bay window, laundry room half bath and access to a 2 car garage (with automatic door openers) complete the first floor. Two large bedrooms, plus office or additional guest quarters, plus 1.5 baths On 2nd floor. The basement is partially ral finished, has plenty of dry storage and has 2 large cedar type closets. Central air , natural gas heat , irrigation system, outdoor shower and shed , and a well maintained garden completes the picture.

Very well maintained, neighborhood association, less than 2 miles from lovely town and Dowses Beach, Inside Rt 28 away from summer traffic.
