What I love about the home

Walking distance to the Community Recreation Center at Waterville Estates. Indoor and outdoor pools, game room, restaurant and lounge, pond, Exercise Facility and Sauna's. Great planned activities and of course Campton Mountain Ski Area is also nearby. Great rental History here too! So make a bit of an income when you're not using it!
