A grand entry hall (20X5 ft.) leads to a gallery, designed with built-in bookshelves, thereby creating a library/study/music room. The almost square living room has high ceilings and custom moldings and opens through an expansive archway to the well proportioned dining room. Both of these rooms enjoy open eastern exposures through the large window in the dining room. The kitchen and adjacent powder room were beautifully renovated in 2008 and are in excellent condtion. The windowed chef's kitchen, has an abundance of cherry wood cabinetry; there is a separate pantry area offering additional storage and counter space. Countertops are Sile Stone (Tigras Sand) , backspash are glass tiles, and floor is porcelain tiles (Tagina Rasina).Appliances include a Miele self-cleaning oven and cooktop, with miele exhaust hood, Bosch D/W, Liebherr Refrigerator, and stacked Whirlpool W/D (vented).The two separate bedrooms with en-suite windowed bathrooms, are located in a separate wing of the apt. and are accessed via a long hallway.
