Welcome to The Alwyn Court, a New York City landmarked building and an architectural marvel in the likes of The Osborne, The Beresford and The Dakota. Built between 1907 and 1909, it was designed by the architectural firm Harde & Short in the French Renaissance style. Its elaborate and unmistakable terra-cotta ornamentation, covers the entire facade. The interior courtyard has a painted architectural facade meticulously fashioned by artist Richard Haas.
