All flooring replaced with beautiful easy to clean laminate wood.
Quad-plex design share a convenient washer/dryer and water heater (hot water is included with HOA!).
Personal Container Garden. Beautiful Grounds well maintained by Association.
By far, the best school district in the Sacramento area.
Low HOA fees (around $300) that include the exterior of the house, the roof, the pool, grounds keeping
while kindly enforcing the quality of the units.

Best schools in County. Controlled Growth Community. University of Davis of California access by Bus, Bike or Car. Cultural Community. Excellent Condition. 2 Bedrooms with Walk in Closet. Pantry, Linen Closet The Association Fees take care of the Exterior of the Home, Pool, Lawn. Association Fees are very reasonable, including hot water at $350. Walking Distance to best Health Club in Davis. Gas Range Upgraded Kitchen Upgraded Energy Efficient Top of the Line Dual Pane Argon Filled Vinyl Windows New 14 Seer AC Dishwasher, Stove Top Microwave Installed. Newish Fridge. Low Condo HOA Fees include Hot and Cold Water HOA fees include grounds maintenance, converting to low water use plants. HOA fees include roof and exterior. Right across from the nicest community pool in Davis. New Easy to Clean Looks like wood laminate flooring. :
