Desirable Briarcrest neighborhood with tons of amenities. Pool with slide, basketball, tennis, walking trails. Home sits on .45 acres and very private. Hardiplank and stone siding with gorgeous color pattern. Owners planted Leyland cypress and added fence and shed to backyard. 2 car sideload garage. Hardwood flooring throughout most of downstairs and tile in all baths and laundry. Crown molding in all 1st floor. Kitchen has upgraded 42 in cabinets, granite and tile backsplash with stainless steel microwave, dishwasher and stove to remain. Beautiful extended breakfast nook giving you a view of the yard. Living area is wired for TV above fireplace and marble as fireplace. 5th bed and full bath on 1st floor with formal dining and office. the wainscot and detail is amazing giving this home a custom feel. Upstairs is master bedroom, and 3 other bedrooms that are very nice size all walk in closets. master closet actually has 2 sections to walk in making in length of room. Master bath has tile shower with separate garden tub and his and her sinks. Secondary bath has dual vanity and private door into bed 3.
