What I love about the home

Perfectly floor plan for comfort and easy access. Every day brings on a new awareness of the design brilliance. Beautiful sight lines throughout. Sitting in the living room looking out the large windows at the patio and the greenbelt beyond while listening to relaxing music is a joy. Cooking alone or with family and friends in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen is pure pleasure. The privacy of the master suite from the rest of the rooms is much valued. The second bedroom, spacious enough to be used as a combination office and home theater, faces the front patio and has a direct gorgeous view of the western mountains. It is a pleasure to work and live in this home. It is compact enough to be highly energy efficient yet it never feels cramped or leaves you wanting for more space. Best home I've ever lived in.
