Another great listing from Mitch Borgen and Renter's Warehouse. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom town home near the U of M campus. It has a great layout with one bedroom on each side of the unit. The home features fresh paint and has been very well maintained. The tenant is only responsible for gas and electric. Application fees are $45 and the deposit is equal to one month's rent.
