Looking for a 4th person to join 3 27 year old males in our condo! This is a 4 bed, 2 bath condo in Jeffries Point with several high end amenities. The bedroom itself is 13' X 9' with a sizeable closet and electrical outlets on every wall. The bathroom on this level is totally yours, as there the other 3 tenants almost exclusively use the bathroom on the other floor. One thing to note is that there is a door that connects to the outside from the bedroom; However, it is not used as a point of entrance for us and can be locked at all times - that is up to you. There is a different entrance which we will use as our main exit point (not through your bedroom). This is a brand new constructed room and will be available for rent on March 1st. We're in a great location here, just a 5 minute walk from the Airport stop and 8 minutes from Maverick - just 1-2 T stops and you're in Downtown! Also, the YMCA gym is less than 1/4 mile away - I often jog there on my way since it's so close. Ideally, we're looking for someone who can fit with our personalities. All 3 of us are around the same age and are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, mature, and financially stable. We have fun occasionally (1-2 times/month) on the weekends, but we all have 9-5 jobs and usually spend weeknights either cooking dinner, playing in sports leagues, etc. We'd love to see a fourth person come in and be a part of our home.
