The apartment actually get a tun of sunlight. Just so happens that the sun was coming down when I took the photos. The unit is nearly 800 square feet. Awesome location less than 2 blocks to the 96th Street subway & less than 1/2 a mile to the 4/5/6 at 86th Street. It's about a 7 minute walk to Central Park! The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and pubs. There's a decent amount of shopping on 86th Street as well. A new Whole Foods just opened on 3rd Ave between 87th and 88th St. There's also a Fairway on 86th between 2nd & 3rd Ave. It's 3 blocks from NYSC and the 92 Street Y is a 5 minute walk. The building has an elevator and a large laundry room in the basement. The super holds daily office hours in the building. It's super pet friendly and great for young families. Our doormen are absolutely wonderful. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and A/C in each room. The big windows let in a bunch of sun! The apartment is already wired for Verizon Fios. There is a parking garage attached to the building as well. The roof is open to residents and has excellent city views.
